  3. This patch upgrades the tcp wrappers 7.3 source code to version 7.4.
  4. It works around a flaw in IRIX library routines that may cause hosts
  5. to slip through allow/deny filters. The patch does not add any new
  6. features. If versions 7.0 .. 7.3 work for you do not bother applying
  7. this patch.

  10. problem reports and suggestions for improvement are welcome.
